Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.

• Original tags must be attached.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry

• Hair accessories

• Intimates

• Bodysuits

• Swimwear

• Clearance or sale items

• Seasonal or holiday merchandise

• Gift cards

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will gladly work with you to find a solution.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
