Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates, so you'll always see the exact cost before completing your order.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Time Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location, in addition to our 1–2 day processing time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Grace & Gather Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at grace.gather.boutique@gmail.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at grace.gather.boutique@gmail.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Return Requirements To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Original tags must be attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date
Store Credit Approved returns receive store credit in the form of a gift card. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Intimates
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Clearance or sale items
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Gift cards
Defective Items If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of purchase and we'll gladly work with you to find a solution.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
